1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using k-claw (claw.krokanti.com), operated by Krokanti Games SL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must sign in via Krokanti Account (SSO) to use k-claw. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Subscriptions and License Keys

k-claw requires a paid subscription. License keys (KCLAW-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format) are generated upon subscription and are personal and non-transferable. Sharing or reselling license keys is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

4. Server Connections

You are solely responsible for the servers you connect to k-claw. You must have legal authorization to access and manage those servers. k-claw is not responsible for any damage, data loss, or security breaches on your connected servers. The connector daemon operates on your infrastructure under your control.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use k-claw to:

Deploy agents for illegal activities, harassment, spam, or any purpose that violates applicable laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users accounts, servers, or k-claw infrastructure.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the connector daemon or platform.
Use the service to overload, disrupt, or interfere with any servers or networks.

6. Intellectual Property

k-claw, including its software, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Krokanti Games SL. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service. Agent configurations, workflows, and custom skills you create remain your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

k-claw is provided as is without warranty of any kind. Krokanti Games SL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases and your data will be deleted after 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
